A.T. Architectural Consultancy offers the following services for domestic, commercial, residential and retail projects:

Initial Property Assessment

This is to assess and discuss your proposals on site and to offer initial thoughts on your proposed project.

Feasibility Study

This included the production of initial design proposals, outline plans and budget estimates, together with a preliminary planning assessment.

Design Proposal

Includes the production of detailed design scheme proposals.

Space Planning

We offer advice on all aspects of interior and exterior space planning, maximizing the use of otherwise wasted space.

Statutory Consents

Including planning advice, liaising with local authority planning department prior to a planning application, submission of planning and building regulations applications.

Project Management

Includes obtaining competitive building quotations, agreeing a building programme for the work, including start and completion dates, coordination of the work and agreeing the method of stage payments, prior to work commencing.

Design and Build Team Coordination

When required, we can act as team leader and project coordinator, including communication with structural engineers, surveyors and other building professionals, where required, to meet the requirements of individual projects.

Surveys

Communication with specialist surveyors to coordinate all requirements of the local authority, where required, i.e. environmental site surveys, Biodiversity Surveys, Tree Surveys etc.
